Our weekly schedule:
We get together at 9:40 on Sundays for Sunday School. During this time we explore the Bible in depth.
We don’t want the teens to simply learn about the Bible or stories from the Bible.
We believe that it is important for them to learn how to practically apply the Bible to every aspect of their lives. So, we encourage them to open up their Bibles and see for themselves what God has to say to them.
The teens meet for Bible study on Sunday evenings from 6-8PM. We believe that it is really important for the teens to develop relationships with each other and the adult advisors. They are not the church of the future, but they are the church right now. Because of this our Sunday night is an exciting time full of life and energy as the teens hang out with each other to build relationships and community. It is also a time when they play games, have snacks, and most importantly spend time together checking out God’s Word.

What else do we do?
Here is a small snapshot of some of the other things we do throughout the year!

Every fall we have a retreat just for Jr High students at a local cabin. This weekend is jam packed with games, outdoor activities, great food, and time spent in God’s Word. This is a great time for students to build relationships with each other and learn about God.

Every summer we take the students on a mission trip. This week-long event challenges students to break out of their comfort zone and learn to serve others. It is also an opportunity for them to develop life skills and take their relationship with God deeper. At the same time they are building relationships with each other and learning to work together and to serve God and others.
Did someone say fun?
That is what happens when we have our annual barn party. There is tons of food, games, and a hayride and bonfire. This is an excellent time for the teens to invite others to come and check out our youth ministry

Our annual Christmas Cookie bake fundraiser.
This is a total awesome, tasty, huge event we do each year to raise funds for our annual mission trip. This happens every December. The teens, their parents, and others from the congregation make 100’s of dozens of cookies.
