Pastor Charlie Ilyes was born in York, Pennsylvania. His parents farmed, butchered, and tended a local market. He also grew up in that business. In 1980, he married his wife, Jane. They were blessed with a son, Stephen, and a daughter, Elizabeth, and have seven grandchildren, Shane, Jacob, Abigail, Joel, Sarah, Seth, and Amy. In 1990, the New Fairview CoB called Charlie to serve on the ministry team and in January 1994 he was ordained. Also it was in January of that year that the Springfield COB in Coopersburg, PA., called Charlie to be their Pastor. While serving Springfield COB, he had the opportunity to take classes at Philadelphia Biblical University and other local institutions to continue to be equipped for ministry. Charlie and Jane served Springfield for 11 years. In March of 2005, Midway Church called them to pastor their congregation. Midway Church changed their name to South Lebanon Community Church in 2019, which is now a non-denominational church. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with youth and also preach Revival and Renewal Services. He has also had the privilege to travel to many Third World countries on short-term mission projects and had the opportunity to share about Jesus Christ while there. Charlie and Jane continue to seek to serve and lift up the name of Jesus.

Mandy Strauser is married to her forever teammate, Mitchell Strauser. She is passionate about Jesus and watching children grow in their knowledge of the Gospel. She adores hearing stories of how children come to know and love Jesus Christ. She is also a young mom and out of all her roles, that's her favorite one! Along with being a wife and mom, she is an animal mom. She have two dogs, one cat, and three bunnies! It is Mandy and Mitchell's dream to have a small farm one day. A fun fact about her is that she has a secret obsession with all things England. If you share your favorite book and or podcast with her, she won't be upset!

Jared would go on to spend about 5 years as a youth pastor’s intern, learning the ins and outs of youth ministry. Here he cultivated his passion for youth and young adults. In January 2023, Jared was brought onto staff as South Lebanon Community Church’s Youth Director, where he oversees the youth programs in the church. In the summer of 2023 Jared will marry his fiancée, Rachel, back home in Flagstaff.
